黑龙江省预警基准站和基本一类站由地震监测中心站负责日常维护，由于地震预警监控软件误报警现象多发，笔者采用Microsoft Visual Studio编程语言编写黑龙江省地震预警台站实时监控软件，该软件适用于Windows操作系统，具有体积小、兼容性好、界面直观、操作简便、扩展能力强等优点，在黑龙江省5个地震监测中心站安装使用，效果良好，本软件同样适用于其他网络设备监控，解决了中心站网络设备监控误报警问题。
The central station in Heilongjiang Province is responsible for the daily maintenance of the earthquake early-warning base station and the basic first-class station. The early-warning monitoring software installed in the central station often causes false alarms, which causes great trouble to the personnel on duty. To solve this problem,the author uses Microsoft Visual Studio programming language to write the real-time monitoring software of the Heilongjiang earthquake early warning station. The software can be installed on all Windows operating system machines and has the advantages of small size, good compatibility, intuitive interface, easy operation, and strong expansion ability. The software has been installed and used in five earthquake monitoring central stations in Heilongjiang Province, and the effect is very good. The application shows that the software is also suitable for monitoring other network equipment, and completely solves the problem of false alarm monitoring of network equipment in central stations.
