富民县地处普渡河断裂带北段南端,全区处于抗震设防烈度Ⅶ度(峰值加速度0.15g)及以上地震易发区,断裂带沿线的东村镇、款庄镇、散旦镇抗震设防烈度达Ⅷ度(峰值加速度0.20g),历史上遭受多次地震破坏。为深入了解研究区房屋抗震设防现状及地震灾害风险,通过对目标区域地震构造和历史震情进行系统整理,结合房屋实地调查与数据统计,从房屋结构类型占比、施工质量等因素,综合分析房屋抗震性能及地震灾害风险。在此基础上,针对性地提出一系列切实可行的建议和对策,以期为该区域地震易发区房屋设施加固工程及民房建设提供科学参考,从而有效提升房屋抗震防灾性能。
Fumin County is located at the southern end of the northern section of the Pudu river fault Zone. The entire area is in a seismic zone with a seismic fortification intensity ofⅦ degrees (peak ground acceleration of 0.15g) or higher. The seismic fortification intensity in Dongcun Town, Kuanzhuang Town, and Sandan Town along the fault line reaches Ⅷ degrees (peak ground acceleration of 0.20g). The area has suffered from multiple earthquakes in history. To gain a thorough understanding of the current seismic fortification status of buildings and the risk of earthquake disasters in the study area, a systematic review of the seismic structure and historical earthquake conditions of the target area was conducted. Combined with on-site investigations and data statistics of buildings, the seismic performance of buildings and the risk of earthquake disasters were comprehensively analyzed from factors such as the proportion of building structure types and construction quality. On this basis, a series of practical suggestions and countermeasures were put forward to provide scientific references for the reinforcement projects of buildings and the construction of civilian houses in the earthquake-prone area, thereby effectively enhancing the seismic and disaster prevention performance of buildings.
