十四届全国人大常委会第六次会议顺利审议并通过国务院《关于增发国债以支持灾后恢复重建和提升防灾减灾救灾能力》的议案。中国地震局巨灾防范工程项目已被纳入万亿国债支持范围,建设规模前所未有,是深入贯彻党中央重大决策部署的切实举措,其核心目的在于全面提升地区应对大震巨灾的风险防范能力。通过巨灾防范工程项目的稳步推进,徐州市也将借此契机进一步完善其防灾减灾体系,提升应对突发地震灾害的综合能力,为人民群众的生命财产安全构筑更加坚实的防护屏障。
The Sixth Session of the Standing Committee of the 14th National People's Congress successfully deliberated and passed the State Council Proposal on Issuing additional Government Bonds to Support Post-Disaster Recovery and Reconstruction and Enhance Disaster Prevention, Mitigation and Relief Capabilities. The China Earthquake Administration's catastrophe prevention project has been included in the scope of the trillion national debt support. The construction scale is unprecedented, which is a practical measure to deeply implement the major decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee, and its core purpose is to comprehensively improve the regional risk prevention ability to cope with major earthquakes and catastrophes. Through the promotion of the catastrophe prevention project, Xuzhou will further improve its disaster prevention and reduction system, enhance the ability to cope with sudden earthquake disasters, and provide a more solid guarantee for the safety of people's lives and property.
